Curiosità

Un brano piuttosto introspettivo sulla mia infanzia, parlando di come i villain delle storie iniziarono ad affascinarmi al punto da ricercarne l'emulazione... qualcosa che sembra tuttora influenzare in qualche misura le mie azioni, i miei gusti e le mie scelte.

Musicalmente, è una traccia piuttosto sperimentale: lenta, con tanta dissonanza, suoni industrial sullo sfondo e roba del genere.

I was born in a normal environment

No one could foresee my descent into madness

Raised in constant euphoria and linear self-fulfillment

I started getting fascinated by evil roles

What's the most supreme act of linear self-fulfillment?

Crushing everyone who dares to oppose your freedom

Evil archetypes started to infiltrate

A naive, innocent brain devoid of any defense

And that's when evil smiled at me

Seduced me with its hellish grin

A diabolical attraction

Giving my life some thrill

Deeply enthralled into this world

Though it took time for me to realize

I was not really on the side

Of the good guys

Subconsciously driven by this instinct

I started pursuing everything

That could vaguely get me in touch

With the forbidden

I didn't know what I was seeking

My senses were my only guide

Massive reaction when they found

Pure evil in human form

And then evil smiled at me

Seduced me with its hellish grin

A psychotic attraction

That could not be opposed

Epitome of wickedness

Serpentine and machiavellian

Hiding a faceless insanity

Atavistic, uncontrolled

Totally unescapable

Instinct of malignity

As a symbol of power

In the name of independence

Stubborn individualism

Enthralled into dependency

From my own character

Born by unconscious emulation

Deeply rooted in personality

I'm my own worst enemy

Fanatical predisposition

Poison for objective thought

Totalitarian ambition

Brought to a new extreme

Nothing to do

Succumb to depravity

Slightly psychotic

Pragmatically neurotic

Latently antisocial

Emulative arousal
